Now, more than ever, it's so easy to get sucked into the grind. Even if you love what you do, eventually your mind and body just need a break.
With everything being closed, options are super limited, and we end up with groundhog day syndrome. Every day is the same thing. And we can feel guilty for taking time to have fun.
We think we need to be working all the time to make sure we make it through. But ironically, if we can make time to take time off, intentionally, then we will be even more effective when we are on.
