We all have self-beliefs, some good and some bad. Many of those beliefs come from things that other people have thought or said about us in the past, or experiences we have had, or just our own insecurities.
Obviously, if we could rid ourselves of limiting self-beliefs, we would all be in a much better place. In this episode, we explore whether or not all limiting self-beliefs are in fact self-imposed, or if we are stuck with them. And if they are self-imposed, how can we begin to retrain our minds to overcome them?
