The Bridge Between Strategy and Launch

As Director of Operations at Scaler, I own the project management for all of our design and development builds. I coordinate timelines, keep teams aligned, and make sure every project moves from concept to launch without anything slipping through the cracks. I also support our marketing and content efforts, working alongside our Chief Growth Officer on SEO and AEO strategy for both the agency and our clients.

A Marketer Running Operations

I came into operations from the marketing side, with 8+ years of experience across B2B companies, startups, and agencies. I've run paid campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta, built content and SEO programs, and developed go-to-market playbooks across industries. That background means I'm not just tracking timelines. When I'm reviewing a website build or coordinating a content calendar, I'm also thinking about whether it's going to perform once it's live.

Marketing Instincts, Operational Precision

My marketing experience gives me a different lens on project management. I understand the platforms we're building on (Webflow, WordPress, HubSpot), the strategies behind the content we're producing, and the SEO and AEO landscape we're positioning our clients in.

I've managed $1M+ in ad spend, reduced client cost per lead by 49% through a referral program I developed, and increased applications for a Master's program by 20% while cutting cost per application by 37%. I bring that same results-oriented thinking to every project I manage at Scaler.

Life Outside the Project Board

When I'm not managing builds or reviewing content, I'm probably traveling, practicing one of the three languages I speak (English, Spanish, and Portuguese), or noticing some piece of branding on the street that I'll be thinking about for the rest of the week. I'm based in the New York City metro area and always up for a conversation about marketing, design, or where to find the best food in whatever city I’m in.
