Client Success ManagerKayleigh Sengupta

Briefs evolve and deadlines move, but trust is constant. I make sure every client feels heard, every project stays on track, and every piece of content earns its place.

Where Content Meets the Client

As Content & Client Success Manager at Scaler, I sit at the intersection of the work and the people we do it for. I manage content from brief to publication, auditing what exists, shaping what’s next, and quality-checking every word before it ships.

Just as importantly, I make sure our clients always know where things stand. Great content builds an audience; great communication builds a partnership.

Calm Under Pressure, by Training

My background is genuinely unusual for marketing: I hold a master’s degree in Crisis and Disaster Management, which turns out to be excellent preparation for agency life.

Before Scaler, I managed projects at a Webflow agency. I’ve also been writing professionally and publishing on Medium since 2021. I’ve learned that the best client work comes from the same place as effective crisis response: clear communication, honest expectations, and staying steady when plans change.

A Different Lens on Content

I’ve also worked hands-on in AI training and evaluation, reviewing and assessing model outputs against exacting quality standards. It’s given me a sharp eye for the difference between content that merely sounds good and content that’s genuinely accurate, useful, and well-reasoned.

As search evolves and AI assistants become part of how customers find answers, that quality-first instinct matters more than ever. Every piece of content I touch is held to that standard.

Life on the South Coast

When I’m not on a client call or deep in a content calendar, I’m usually teaching myself Python, rewatching *Star Wars* for the hundredth time, or indulging a lifelong fascination with astronomy. There’s nothing like the scale of the universe to put a busy week into perspective.

I work from the south coast of the United Kingdom, usually with a sea breeze and a strong cup of tea within reach.
